Nothing is more satisfying than a good plate of pasta, especially on Christmas time.

Here are 3 pasta recipes perfect for your last minute Christmas lunches and dinners.

Lasagna with pistachios and burrata cheese – A simple and quick to prepare version of lasagna is the one with pistachios and burrata. Finely chop the pistachios with the pecorino and burrata cheese. Leave a part of pistachios to be chopped coarsely and use them as a final cover for the lasagna. Spread the cream on each layer, bake at 180 degrees for 40 minutes and serve.

Tortellini with almonds and sage – Is there no Christmas without tortellini? Cook the tortellini in plenty of salted water. Toast the flaked almonds in a non-stick pan and set aside. Melt the butter in a large pan with the sage leaves. Drain the tortellini into the star pan, season them for a minute and complete with plenty of grated parmesan and flaked almonds.

Macaroni with chocolate walnut sauce – Cook the pasta according to package directions. Drain, return to the cooking pot, and, off the heat, immediately toss with sugar, chocolate, walnuts, rum, zest, and pinch of cinnamon and nutmeg. Toss well, until the sugar and chocolate dissolves.

Serve topped with grated chocolate and a drizzle of honey.

Enjoy your Christmas time!
