Vegetables and prawns wholewheat pasta – The first light recipe is a vegetables and prawns wholewheat pasta. In another pan, cook the sliced ​​tomatoes with oil for about 5 minutes. Add the vegetables to the tomatoes and pour the “farfalle”, sprinkle with the Parmesan and add the mozzarella cut into cubes.

Fresh tuna pasta – The last light recipe is a very good and fast fresh tuna pasta. Start by cooking the pasta: choose the shape you like best, peel the tomatoes and cut them into cubes. Add the onion and chop finely. Brown the tuna in a pan with a teaspoon of oil, remove the skin and thorns and chop it finely. Brown the onion in the same pan, then add the tomatoes and cook for about 10 minutes. Add the tuna and capers, season with salt. Drain the pasta, mix with the sauce and serve.
