On October 25th of each year we celebrate the World Pasta Day, even at the same time in different parts of the world.
In 2015 the World Pasta Day was celebrated in Milan in the international framework of EXPO 2015, and will draw inspiration from the theme “Feeding the planet, energy for life”.
The aim of the initiative was to celebrate Pasta and communicate the nutritional values to media and consumers.
Pasta, this special food consumed in all continents, is able to satisfy the nutritional primary needs, and to enhance the most sophisticated experiments on cooking.

In 2015 the V World Pasta Congress has been held concurrently with the World Pasta Day.
The congress consisted of a scientific conference attended by experts from around the world, made up of several thematic sessions on subjects of pasta interest.
